IVR Option
Customers calling to your call centre can enter a reference number, or account number, for better service. Such customers are routed to an agent who already knows who they are, and why they are calling. This is because PureCT Screen Pop has driven the customer reference number, or account number, into your data system to retrieve and display the customer data, just as the agents telephone starts to ring.

With the screen transfer option, the agent can transfer the call, along with any data captured on the call, to another agent.
