2002
Appointed Developer Partner with Nortel Networks(now Avaya).
Added Data Based Routing to PureCT Server

2003
Added HotDial and SimpleDial Express to PureCT Server.

2004
Added Q4U, QView, AView to PureCT Server

2005
Now covering most of EMEA through our local distributors. Q4U certified Nortel(now Avaya) Compatible

2006
Added the BCM dialer, and email queueing, to the portfolio

2007
Added Predictive Dialer to PureCT Server

2008
Call Centre Callbacks (Q4U) now available for systems as small as 5 agents.

2009
Became an Avaya GOLD Partner when Avaya purchased Nortel Enterprise Systems.

2010
Added Mobile Recording Apps for BlackBerry, Symbian, iPhone and Android.
